Tile was molded from a 3D printed standard model. The STL file used was an original I created and was inspired by a two-dimensional image. The tile was hand painted using mica pigments, which were painted into the mold before the epoxy resin/mortar mix was poured in. The wooden frame placed behind the tiles is made from scaled miniature wood flooring.
